Crockpot Balsamic Chicken

6 chicken breasts

1⁄4 tsp. ground black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic salt

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 onion, thinly sliced

1⁄2 cup Twig & Vine balsamic vinegar

1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

1⁄2 teaspoon dried thyme


DIRECTIONS: Add all ingredients to crockpot; starting with the oil, chicken, seasonings, tomatoes and onion, and then balsamic vinegar. Cook on low 6–8 hours. Serve over rice.
