This complex aged balsamic vinegar is naturally flavored with the gentle heat of spicy ginger and kissed with ripe sweet blackberries.
This balsamic is progressively aged in wood barrels according to the Solera Method. It is PGI (Protected Geographic Indication) certified to come from Modena, Italy.
Ingredients: Grape must, wine vinegar, natural flavors, naturally occurring sulfites. No caramel color or additional ingredients.
